Every piece at Prep Step is made with purpose—just like the athletes who wear it. Because our items are made-to-order, our return policy is a little different than big-box brands.
Made-to-Order Items
All Prep Step apparel is created just for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Preference or fit
We strongly recommend checking our size charts and fit notes before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, we’ve got you.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@prepstepapparel.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description
- Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement or store credit.
Store Credit Option
We know sometimes things just don’t work out and we want to keep you in the game.
In select cases, we may offer store credit as a one-time courtesy.
This allows you to:
- Grab a different size or style
- Try something new
- Stay part of the Prep Step lineup
Processing Time
- Replacements and credits are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Final Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases
